Costs of production & returns

There is limited information, within the New Zealand context, to give any reliable costs and potential returns for extensive and semi-intensive farming systems. An investor in a high risk venture should be looking for at least a 12 - 15% return on investment. We are not aware of any extensive or semi-intensive aquaculture opportunities in the New Zealand context that could achieve such returns.
